1. For most services we require a $50 refundable deposit.
  2. CONSULTATIONS are $25 and must be prepaid in full before an appointment

  4. ALL CARD payments are surcharged 3.9%. 
  5. We have a standard 24-hour cancellation/reschedule policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must do so 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you fail to do so your $50 deposit will be lost/card on file will be charged the $50 fee. 
  6. PLEASE NOTE!!! you will be charged a late fee REGARDLESS of the reason for cancellation/no show. Please understand: we have to partially compensate our staff for lost time and income. Thank you for understanding!
  7. NO SHOW/NO CALL. If you do not show up to your appointment we may not book with you in the future.
  8. NOTE: for all services you will get 2 requests to confirm your appointment. If you do not confirm your appointment after 2 requests your appointment WILL be CANCELLED and you WILL BE CHARGED the late cancellation fee.
  9. Hair Extensions services: 50% deposit required at the time of the booking. In case of a timely cancellation 25% is kept to partially justify the hair cost. If you happen to cancel a hair extensions appointment in less than 24 hrs NONE of the 50% deposit is refunded.

  1. We do have cameras in place that record 24/7.
  2. We DO take PHOTOS For medical aesthetic procedures we will take multiple before/after photos that are very securely kept in our MAR application; these photos are never shared without your permission. For hair services: we will take before and after of the back of your head (not your face) to be used for promotional materials. 
  3. About 80% of our clients successfully make and modify appointments online. We do not have a full time receptionist on duty. If you happen to call to make an appointment or have a question please allow 24 for your call to be returned. Please TEXT or DM for faster service. 508-292-5143.Voice messages get jammed sometimes. If we cannot clearly hear the call back number we are not able to return your call.
  4. When you call to schedule/cancel/reschedule please leave a voice message. We only call back if you leave a voice message with your call back phone number.
  5. Be on time for your appointment. If you are 15 or more minutes late we may not be able to provide service and you would have to reschedule and pay a late cancellation fee.
  6. If you receive a time sensitive discount offer from us you can reschedule to a later time (within one week) ONCE without losing the deal.
  7. We do our best to take you for your appointment on time. However things happen, so please be aware of a reasonable wait time which is up to 15 min. We will contact you if for some reason we run more than 15 minutes late.
