- Gift cards are redeemable only for products and services offered by DH Estetika & Hair Boutique.
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable Massachusetts law.
- Gift cards may not be returned or exchanged after purchase.
- Gift cards are transferable and may be used by the recipient or anyone presenting the gift card, unless otherwise specified.
- Gift cards must be presented at the time of redemption.
- Any remaining balance will remain on the gift card for future use until the full value has been redeemed.
- If the total purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
- DH Estetika & Hair Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Please treat your gift card like cash.
- Gift cards may not be used to purchase additional gift cards.
- Gift cards purchased during promotional events or at a discounted price may be subject to additional promotional terms and conditions, which will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards are valid for the period required by applicable Massachusetts law. Unless otherwise required by law, no dormancy fees or service fees will be charged.
- For non-reloadable gift cards, once 90% of the original gift card value has been redeemed, the cardholder may request the remaining balance in cash, as provided by Massachusetts law. DH Estetika & Hair Boutique reserves the right to refuse, cancel, void, or hold gift card transactions suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
